Here are a few examples of what a Grievance can be: 1) Lack of proper restroom facilities (or safety issues) at your headquarters. 2) Issues or concerns with communicating or the lack of communicating with your supervisor. 3) Company vehicle safety issues or concerns. These are just a few examples. There are many more that can occur. Your Local Grievance Chairmen are here to help you. Brothers and Sisters, Please see the attached 'Paid Parental Leave' Agreement. This Agreement provides the much needed, long overdue paid time off for current and future members to spend time with their children. This 'paid' leave is eligible for parents of newborns or the adoption of a child. If anyone has any questions after reading the Agreement, contact one of your reps.
